Dilys Sillah is a communication specialist, executive coach, and organisational development practitioner with over 30 years of experience working across local authorities, public services, and senior leadership environments in the United Kingdom and internationally.Her career spans senior responsibility for complaints functions, housing services, and customer service operations within local government giving her an unusually direct understanding of the pressures, the stakes, and the specific human and institutional dynamics that determine performance in public sector environments.
She is the creator of a proprietary methodology for human-centred AI communication in the public sector and the developer of Be Heard. Be Understood., a flagship communication workshop addressing the fundamentals of human communication that every professional needs and almost nobody has been formally taught.Dilys is a TEDx alumna, a published author, and an experienced keynote speaker whose sessions combine intellectual rigour with the kind of presence and conviction that makes ideas land and stay.
Her executive leadership and coaching work has been delivered at senior level across the United Kingdom and internationally, including executive leadership development in the United Arab Emirates.She founded Golden Touch Coaching & Consultancy with a clear and specific purpose to address the human communication and leadership gaps that organisations consistently overlook, and consistently pay for when they do.
