She is the creator of a proprietary methodology for human-centred AI communication in the public sector and the developer of Be Heard. Be Understood., a flagship communication workshop addressing the fundamentals of human communication that every professional needs and almost nobody has been formally taught.Dilys is a TEDx alumna, a published author, and an experienced keynote speaker whose sessions combine intellectual rigour with the kind of presence and conviction that makes ideas land and stay.
